Bio Data and Experience By: Crispianus Reba

My full name is Crispianus Reba, and now I am 26 years old. I started schooling at Naru Catholic Primary School in 2004 and completed my education at primary school in 2010. After that I continued my education at Negri 5 Bajawa Secondary School and then in 2013 I continued my education at Regina Pacis Catholic High School and finished in 2016. Because of the economic situation that is not supportive I decided not to continue my education at a higher level.

In my daily life I spend 70% of my time raising cows to help our family's economic growth. Apart from that I have worked and have been trusted to manage the village owned Waha Agency (BUMDes) located in the village, where Ucalia is engaged in agriculture, especially horticulture. Because there were several problems I was facing I decided to leave this job. Now I believe in taking care of voter data in preparation for the election of Regent and Deputy Regent and Governor and Deputy Governor in my village where the election process will take place in November...precisely on the 27th. I am very grateful because in the end I got a job again, even though my income is not very big but I really enjoy and love my job.

From my experience above I would like t convey that we have to fight and don't give up and most importantly love our work before we love the result of our work.
